The interview was divided in 4 stages. The 1st with a background check provided by an external recruiter, 2nd with psychotechnique tests and a more focused interview with same external recruiter, 3rd was a group assessment already with the company's HR in their facilities and finally a 4th with Higher management of the field I was interviewing for.
