The first stage was the phone interview with the recruiter, fairly straight forward. Second interview was with the hiring manager and that interview went very well. The third interview was in person and with a panel. You are asked to put together a marketing plan with examples 48 hours prior. That was a lot of fun and time consuming, but I felt worth the effort. The problem I have is that Continental has a very specific style and approach to the answers they want from their questions. The recruiter failed to give me that information and I as informed as we moved into that part of the interview. Needless to say, the interview fell apart at that point, I did not have time to formulate the answers correctly. I answered the questions, just not the way they wanted them.
