The interviews process was very professional. We had a Q & A and then talked about the job description and requirements. We discussed the projects in depth and I had the impression that they were very eager to grow as a company.

Enfoque mucho en lo tecnico y el proceso, muy poco en cuestion personal o interes de la persona. Se aseguran de que sepas lo que preguntan a detalle. Es un poco dificil tratar de mantener la entrevista amigable ya que no se presta al trato personal
