Dear colleague, thank you very much for your feedback on Glassdoor. We are always eager to improve our processes in all areas. Since September 2013 we changed our interview process fundamentally to make sure that a proper evaluation of each candidate is possible. The first interview is still in most of the cases a telephone interview as we are interviewing candidates from all over the world. But whenever possible we invite candidates for a second face to face interview to our offices. However we are aware that that is not always possible and we have to conduct a video interview.
