The interview process was split up between two days with the production operations manager, plan manager, and the HR manager. Starting with the production operations manager I took a tour of the facility and talked about my qualifications. The HR manager was next and we discussed how my personality fit the job and why I would be a great fit for the position. Last I met with the plant manager and discussed everything from why I applied to my future goals.
