HR contacted to me for a first approach, after that I took a face to face interview with her in Mexico city, talking about my background and answering questions about how I fit in the company also this interview was the first technical filter. My second interview was technical, it was online we talked about technical key points and realistic scenarios. After that interview, I took another with the VP of engineering. it was more about how I deal with troubles. I took other technical interview and a final interview for review the offer. I'm a Spanish speaker and all the interviews were in English. Each interview has a duration of 1 to 1.30 hrs. It was an honest process, all the stages were clear.
