Way too many interviews. For two roles, I ended up interviewing 7 times each & made it to the last two potential hires. They ended up hiring the internal candidate both times.

Interviewing with American Express was a very smooth experience. The recruiter was nice, she emailed me and connected with me on LinkedIn before we spoke. She was very detailed and explained the role clearly. The compensation package, 401k match, and internal mobility were really attractive.

Very concise. They shared a timeline and were able to stick to it. There was an initial phone interview followed by information being sent to the hiring manager for the particular project

What were some elements of the position that I was excited about. Describe experience
Typical process. Nothing out of the ordinary. Applied and was contacted by Human Resources. This was followed up by a phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager
