I did a Hirevue video assesement that were behavioral and asking about my favorite product. Then, two back to back behavioral/technical interviews with people. The interviewers were very chill and asked a lot about your experiences and product related questions.

They assessed past experiences to predict future performance. Candidates answer questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), sharing specific examples that demonstrate skills like teamwork, leadership, or problem-solving. Interviewers focus on how the candidate behaved in real-life scenarios relevant to the role’s requirements.
