Tell me about a time where you were able to exceed a customer's expectations? What were the circumstances and how did you impress them?
Interview process was very smooth, had a great recruiter to prep me. Did 3 rounds of interviews, the last round was with multiple candidates and hiring managers from Amex. Answering questions and roll playing with different hiring managers as well as being responsive when the hiring managers was going through some job details

Had me answer 3 dry video questions, then HR called me asking generic "are you legal" questions, then radio silence for a month only to receive the no thanks email.
