Entrevista
5 rounds.
A codility test, 3 technical rounds and a technical cum managerial discussion with Director.
Recruiter was very helpful in arranging the interviews. Interviewers remained cool and calm.
I was really surprised that all rounds were taken by lady/women interviewers :) as this had never happened in my career.

Codility test was challenging as most were on String manipulation and had to completed within a stipulated time. Only post you get a decent codility result you are invited for further rounds.
1. No 3 consecutive characters in a string.
2. Smallest balanced fragment string.
3. Repeated string.
Technical rounds were much easier when compared to Codility.
1. Find minimum missing element in a 1-n array.
2. Find sum in a sorted array.
3. Sort a Linked list using no space.
4. Design BMS considering distributed transactions in payment gateway.
5. Design Serviceability(Logging) and how data is purged. Also parsing through millions of transactions.

Recruiter doesn't even care to provide the feedback even if its positive and you need to call them to know what's the feedback and then they offer you.
They don't trust the developer that if they say they are actually getting a good offer from their company.
If you try to negotiate a for a better offer then the HR just ghosts you forever. Truly unprofessional behavior of HR right from the start.

Pretty standard, really. A phone call with a recruiter followed by a phone screening with the hiring manager. After that I had a technical phone call with one of the senior developers on the team. I then had a take-home coding exercise that was a little challenging, but obviously meant to take no more than 2 or 3 hours. Finally I was brought in for a face-to-face technical interview with 2 developers, and a "soft skills" interview with other members of the team (QA and Scrum Master, if I remember right). The whole interview process took about 2 weeks, and it took another week or two before I received my offer. Apparently that's slower than usual, and the delay was because some of those that had to make decisions were on vacation.

Pretty easy, basic Java questions for the most part. One or two puzzle questions, and a take-home coding exercise. Also standard Fibonacci and FizzBuzz questions. Probably would have been challenging for a junior to mid-level developer, but pretty easy for senior-level.
