Applied online and was contacted by HR. I was required to write 4-5 reasons why I was an ideal candidate for this job which was forwarded to the hiring Director. Went in for an interview, pretty straight forward. I was interviewed by 4 Directors, the questions were behavioral and also a feel if I would be a good fit for the department
