Round Robin Interview. Place in a room with other candidates and an Amex Manager who observes in between your wait time to meet with the different group of Amex interviewers. You will meet with 6 Amex interviewers (interm managers, managers, directors etc.) who are paired in groups of 2. So basically you have 3 mini interviews, with a panel of 2 people. The interviewers each individually will ask you a behavior question they are reading off a paper.
