Third party reviews submissions and they have to find all qualifications...really annoying when you have been developing for the role but don't have each item exactly. Third party recruiter phone interview, then hiring manager interview full of "Tell me about a time" questions. Hear back pretty quick.

Some "tell me about a time" questions are too specific.
Went through 3-4 rounds where they asked behavioral and then some case studies here and there. Really wanted to see how you thought through a problem. Overall the behavioral questions were also centered around how you'd fit into the team and what you value.
