I am still in the interview phase. First is digital interview, second is phone interview, third is group interview, fourth is one-on-one interview. I am now at the group interview stage. It is a very thorough process.

Long interview process. After passing online test, you will do an initial interview with a recruiter and if you move forward you will then take part in a video "hire view." Interview consist of many "give an example of a time" questions and role playing scenarios. Be prepared to think of past sales measures and how you've handled difficult clients. Very in depth background check. Be sure dates of all past employments and accurate and verifiable.
