Entrevista
The process was quick as I was recommended by a previous boss/leader. Interview was conducted over the phone as I was overseas at that point in time. We ran through my resume and past experiences where certain skillsets were exhibited. Leadership and innovation were the two skillsets which I had to elaborate on.

Recruiter was a rude and condescending woman. She clearly had no interest in getting to know me or have a thorough conversation with me. She asked me the basic questions like "tell me about yourself" and "what makes you a fit for this role?"

The interview process was smooth, there were two rounds. First was with recruiter and was only for 15 mins. The second one was with Hiring Manager, the interviewer was very friendly and nice to talk to, interview went overtime because of the discussions.
