JOB OVERVIEW:
Certify the engine ensuring the airworthiness of the product through engine repair records audit, verifying the compliance with customer's requirements, authorities and internal workshop procedures. Engine monitoring in the workshop and resolution of problems related. Support to internal activities of the area for continuous improvement and perform mentoring to people in training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engine Certification under the authorities required by customers.
Perform audit to engine repair records: Gate 1, BackShop, Gate 2, Gate 3 and test cell.
Management and handling of the minipack and fullpack delivered to the customer for the engines release.
Support in meetings and decision making based on experience and knowledge.
Engine monitoring in the workshop and resolution of problems related.
Perform mentorinq to people in training.
Support engine investigations, internal and external audits.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Knowledge of aeronautical technical manuals.
Airworthiness Directives and Service bulletins knowledge.
Aeronautical regulations Knowledge.
CFM56 engine operation and components knowledge.
LEAP engine operation and components knowledge.
Availability to perform your duties in different shifts, according to the operational needs of your area.
