We are looking for a Python Engineer with strong backend fundamentals to work on AI
agentic workflows and automation systems.
This is not a pure AI role — the main challenge is integrating AI agents into complex,
high-load production environments.
You will contribute to building scalable systems that power customer-facing automation (e.g.,
support workflows), while ensuring performance, reliability, and seamless integration with
existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-driven services and agentic workflows
- Integrate AI agents into existing backend systems and infrastructure
- Build and optimize high-performance Python services
- Design and implement RESTful APIs with best practices
- Work with asynchronous Python (asyncio, aiohttp) for scalable systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and system design
- Evaluate and improve AI agent performance and effectiveness
- Write clean, maintainable code with tests and code reviews
- Contribute to automation pipelines and internal tools
Must-Have Requirements (Critical)
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Python (core fundamentals, not AI-assisted only)
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Ability to clearly explain and justify technical decisions (no “black-box AI coding”)
- Upper-intermediate English communication skills
Proven experience with:
- Asynchronous programming (asyncio, aiohttp)
- High-load / scalable backend systems
- AWS (Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, EC2, ECS, IAM)
Solid understanding of:
- Data structures & algorithms
- Software architecture & design patterns
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with AI agentic workflows or automation systems
- Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or similar AI platforms
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Exposure to computer vision or AI-based products
- Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) — but with strong fundamentals
Work Setup & Collaboration
- Fully remote (LATAM preferred for timezone alignment)
Collaboration with:
- U.S. -based clients
- Ukraine-based engineering teams
- Expected daily overlap with both teams (critical)
Typical overlap window:
- Morning LATAM ↔ End of day Ukraine
- Monday to Friday
Contract & Benefits
- Hiring via Employer of Record
- Equipment:
- Company-provided OR reimbursed workstation
- All tools and licenses included
Sueldo: $867,500.00 - $1,389,000.00 al año
Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
