The Women's Impact Network (WIN) plays a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for women at Zillow. WIN is an employee-led group that creates spaces for women to share common interests, build trust and develop relationships. It also provides leadership and professional development opportunities, helping women advance in their careers. In partnership with ENVSN Festival, we were able to bring WIN’s initiatives to life at the 'We All Sit' Brunch. This networking event created a valuable space for women to connect and collaborate. It was a testament to mindful community building, bringing together women leaders in real estate, sales and marketing to uplift each other, celebrate successes and provide tools to accomplish their goals. Join us in celebrating the achievements and contributions of women at Zillow. Together, we are building the future of real estate. Check out our career site to see our open roles: zillow.com/careers
