Earlier this month, over 2,000 team members across our divisions engaged in Career Week, a dedicated time for personal and professional growth. Leaders and team members gathered to discuss moments from their careers and highlight the different opportunities within Taylor Morrison. Discussions were centered around being prepared, willing to learn, curious and opportunistic as we move through life. Together, we laughed (and cringed a little) as we reflected on the highs and lows of our careers. It's a beloved tradition here at TM, and one we hope empowers our team members to achieve their career dreams.
In our Austin Division, we recently teamed up with the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin to build and sell a home that will benefit the at-risk and unhoused people of Austin via the nonprofit HomeAid Austin. All materials, supplies, labor, financial support, and construction management were donated by Taylor Morrison and other members of the HBA. We’re honored to have played a role in this project, and grateful to our team members who made it possible.
With record-breaking heat in our Las Vegas Division, Area Construction Manager Scott Hoopingarner took time out of his Saturday to hand out water and sports drinks to our tradesmen.
Meet our Chief Barketing Officer, Archie! He belongs to our Naples VP of Land Development and he's always keeping an eye on the number (of treats!).
At Taylor Morrison, our unique culture thrives on our morning "Huddles." Several times a week, our team gathers to share company and team news, celebrate achievements, and connect with each other. This month, we're celebrating five years of Huddling. What began as a simple way to share our culture has blossomed into a cherished tradition, providing transparency and vital need-to-know information. We're proud of how these moments continue to strengthen our team and drive our success.
We've partnered with language services company, Ad Astra, to help us better connect and engage with customers when English is not their preferred or native language. With an increasingly diverse consumer base, ensuring our team members have the knowledge and resources they need to efficiently and respectfully engage is more important than ever. In our Sarasota Divisions, we've already experienced success with a Mandarin-speaking buyer. What took a week to address was resolved in just an hour with the help of the translation service. We are excited to be able to use this inclusive service throughout our Sales, Construction, Design Studio and Warranty processes to help improve our overall customer experience.
Our Portland Division recently volunteered at Kiggins Village in Vancouver, a temporary community offering residents greater access to safe living conditions to help them transition out of homelessness. While there, the team built decks for the homes, finished fencing the dog run, set posts for the community's exterior fence, and set a flagpole to honor veteran neighbors at Kiggins Village.

"Culture is everything at Taylor Morrison, and upholding an environment where our team members feel respected, accepted and love where they work is a responsibility we owe our teams," said our Chairman and CEO, Sheryl Palmer.
This summer, we’ve welcomed nearly 50 interns across 18 divisions to the team. Through our internship program, students gain real-world experience and complete capstone projects to apply their new knowledge and skills. We're excited to have this group spend the summer with us!
