Earlier this month, our Mexico offices hosted a special Posada celebration, bringing together employees from our León and Chihuahua offices with esteemed leadership, including CEO Vince DiPofi, as a festive afterparty to our Mexico town hall. The evening was filled with fiesta—dinner, dancing, and traditional festivities. A unique highlight of the night was the recognition of four extraordinary employees with SSOE’s highest honors: our Founder’s and Leadership Awards. Compassionate care meets innovative design. We were honored to participate in ProMedica's open house for their Behavioral Health Outpatient Pavilion project yesterday, alongside our design / build partner Roncelli. Designed to serve the most complex and vulnerable pediatric patients, the new 14,500 SF standalone facility complements the recently completed Psychiatry Unit Renovation at the ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital, also designed by the SSOE team. SSOE’s Master Architect Robert Siebenaller, who is quoted in our release, joined the ceremony to celebrate the advancement and unveiling of the project with Project Architect Loni Leveridge—both integral members of the project delivery team. #PressRelease

We forge multiple avenues to engage with students in person and engage early career professionals at the beginning of their journeys. A key part of this commitment is our partnership with MECOP, a nonprofit providing valuable training and development for the next generation of STEM professionals in the Pacific Northwest. Epic matchup: Last Friday, SSOE proudly sponsored the Rally of the Rivals OSU vs. U-M Rivalry Tailgate in Toledo. The game ultimately delivered quite an upset for Buckeye fans (and perhaps a pleasant surprise for Wolverines) on Saturday. Still, everyone emerged a winner at this annual event supporting Northwest Ohio's economic development and also benefiting charitable programs affiliated with both The Ohio State University and University of Michigan. A season finale to remember: We concluded the final leg of our career fair roadshow at Saginaw State University—capping off an incredible journey that took us through Alabama A&M University, University of Alabama Birmingham, Oregon State University, and Lawrence Tech University. We even made a special detour to the Windy City for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) conference—the world’s largest event for women in engineering and tech. Wow, what a ride! Spreading cheer thanks to helping hands! Our PRIDE Employee Resource Group hosted a food and goods drive resulting in us donating much-needed food and goods to Nashville’s Oasis Center, Portland’s Q Center, and EqualityToledo. PRIDE, which stands for People Respecting Identities, Diversity, and Equality, is an employee-led inclusive community at SSOE that brings together LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies with a shared vision. One of PRIDE’s focus areas is strengthening SSOE's connection to the community, which we achieve through both physical and monetary donations to LGBTQIA+ nonprofits. In addition to the recent food and goods drive, the amazing contributions from 32 employees helped us raise $1,050—and with SSOE’s generous matching contribution, we’re donating a total of $2,100 to The Trevor Project. #chooseSSOE #SSOEcares
