At Kent, we're leading the energy transition by breaking new ground in renewable energy, whilst decarbonising oil and gas production from within. The Grenian Hydrogen Project is a true testament to our commitment to innovation and sustainability. As the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contractor, we're leading the development of six green hydrogen projects within the HyNet cluster in North-West England and North Wales. Funded by the UK Government’s DESNZ Net Zero Hydrogen Fund, this initiative, a joint venture between Progressive Energy, Statkraft, and Foresight, aims to create PEM electrolyser-based hydrogen production, storage, and delivery facilities, producing 10MW to 30MW of green hydrogen. Want to learn more about this and other groundbreaking projects? Drop by our stand D142 at the Global Energy Transition Congress and Exhibition and see firsthand how we are leading the charge in the energy transition! 🚀🌱
We've become members of Supply Nation, Australia’s largest national directory of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations! 🎉 As part of our commitment to lift the communities where we operate, we are dedicated to creating meaningful connections and opportunities that empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses to thrive. By partnering with Supply Nation, we are diversifying our supply chain, empowering First Nations entrepreneurs, and actively contributing to the economic growth and sustainability of these communities. This important step aligns with our commitment to advancing our Reconciliation Action Plan. Together, we rise by lifting others.
We have been at the forefront of the offshore wind revolution, playing a pivotal role in delivering some of the most groundbreaking projects worldwide. In the UK, our Kent Offshore Wind team has been involved in developing ~70% of the nation’s offshore wind farms. One of the projects we’re always proud of is the St. Brieuc Wind Farm in Britanny, where we successfully designed the jacket foundations and are now supporting the offshore installation of these jackets with drilled and grouted piles. This project marks a significant milestone in the industry as it introduces the world's first WTG jacket foundation installed with piles grouted into rock. We’re pushing the boundaries of innovation in the offshore wind industry.
It has been an incredible two days at the Australian Energy Producers Congress and Exhibition. Chris Jones’ delivered an insightful presentation on brownfield modifications, showcasing how existing gas production facilities can be adapted for CCS operations. Additionally, Jacob de Boer presented a valuable session on 'Megawatts to Methane – a deep dive into emissions reduction for regional gas-based Ammonia plants,' contributing to new industry standards. With over 45 years of leading impactful energy projects in #Australia, we are committed to helping lower the nation's carbon footprint and secure its energy requirements. Visit our stand No. 38 to connect with our team and learn more about our projects.

Situated within the expansive ExxonMobil Baytown Complex, our team provides comprehensive EPCM services and consistently demonstrates that safety is our top priority. Congratulations to every member of our Baytown team for making this possible! Here's to many more years of safe, efficient, and exceptional service. 🎉👏
We’ve been awarded the FEED contract for the @INEOS Hejre project, a high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) offshore development in the Danish sector of the North Sea. Our responsibilities include comprehensive FEED design for pipeline tie-in spools, retrofit risers, and subsea power and fibre optics cable, leveraging the existing Hejre jacket structure for a seamless tie-back to the South Arne field. This contract is a testament to our growing partnership with INEOS building on our successful completion of the pre-FEED phase of the Hejre project as well as our previous study work for the Greensand Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project.
For over five decades, we’ve been at the helm of pioneering engineering solutions in Australia, committed to energy advancement and environmental sustainability. 👉 One of our most exciting projects in Australia is the one with Ampol, where we’re working on the Future Fuels Desulphurisation Project, an initiative critical to meeting the upcoming Euro 6 fuel sulphur emissions standards in Australia. By 2025, all fuels must contain less than 10ppm sulphur, and our role in the Front End Engineering Design phase is pivotal in ensuring these targets are met. This project not only showcases our engineering excellence but also highlights our global connectivity, with support from our offices in Houston, Mumbai, UAE, London, Bogota, and Calgary. Curious to learn more about our transformative projects and our role in advancing Australia's fuel technology? Connect with us at the upcoming Australian Energy Producers Conference and Exhibition 2024. Dive into our projects and explore how we're driving innovation in the energy sector.
