They contacted me via LinkedIn for a Solutions Architect position, they proposed me a challenge for a specific problem related to payment processor and non-functional requirements like scalability and reliability. The whole solution was bad and mixing concepts, like streaming events through Kafka and intermediate rest calls. I solved the challenge and pointed the right solution based in different microservices in order to achieve the desire scalability and reliability. Once solved the challenge I never heard of them again. It seems like they are using interviews and challenges to solve their needs.
