My first talk was with the recruiter, who quickly scheduled and interview with two managers. I was invited to a third interview, where I presented a 15 minute case. The entire process was online and the recruiter participated in all sessions. The process was a positive experience.

Very structured, predictable due to good communication. Always new information as you get through a step. You feel included and seen. Greatest job interview series I have EVERY experienced in my 27 year career.

The process overall was fast and "simple". There was a small misunderstanding between recruiter and hiring manager it seems, between the first and second interview, which lead to a long pause in the recruiting process. But besides that I found the process good.

1st interview with a recruiting consultant, informal and just an idea about the job and if I would fit in.
2nd interview, I meet the team and my new lead. A really nice experience.
3rd interview I had a small assignment. It was great fun to find a solution and present it..
