The process overall was fast and "simple". There was a small misunderstanding between recruiter and hiring manager it seems, between the first and second interview, which lead to a long pause in the recruiting process. But besides that I found the process good.

Very structured, predictable due to good communication. Always new information as you get through a step. You feel included and seen. Greatest job interview series I have EVERY experienced in my 27 year career.

1st interview with a recruiting consultant, informal and just an idea about the job and if I would fit in.
2nd interview, I meet the team and my new lead. A really nice experience.
3rd interview I had a small assignment. It was great fun to find a solution and present it..
