Someone reached out to me at first and we quickly scheduled a coding phone interview. Phone interview was on Android framework knowledge mostly. After the phone interview I was told I'm moving on to onsite. This is when things started going downhill. I passed onto another member of the hiring staff. They were supposed to help me schedule the onsite. I had major issues trying to schedule the onsite with this new person. I had to schedule the onsite and a pre-onsite site call with this new person. I sent my availability for both the onsite and pre-onsite chat. When it came time for the scheduled interview with they never showed up. I think this happened twice. After the person didn't show up, they then called me at a random hour of the day (not part of my availability). I also had to send my availability for the onsite at least twice. I finally just gave up and told them I'm not interested because I cannot trust a company who doesn't respect my time. It's worth noting that it's been maybe two months since I did my original phone interview. Since then, companies whom I applied to AFTER my phone interview with Zillow have caught up and scheduled (and completed) onsites with me.
