Standard operating procedure. Phone screening. Virtual onsite and conversation with current project managers. All this was done during the COVID era, so there were no expectations of physical onsite meetings or interviews.

I had 2 phone interviews before I got invited to the Zillow office for an in-person interview. I received an email from the recruiting coordinator with all the details and a couple of informative brochures. My interview was almost 3 hours long, I had 5 thirty minutes interviews with 5 professionals. In overall I had a positive experience. No crazy questions were asked, the conversation was really attached to a role and responsibilities, they wanted to know more about my skills/background and vision. I've had several interviews in the last few months and this one was the most structured and organized so far.
