Recruiter was friendly and very responsive via email. There was a take-home activity prior to be completed and sent within a week. First called scheduled with a member of the product team (more of a screening call). Second call with a manager.

Contacted by recruiter, call with hiring manager, dove straight into case study questions with no background or behavioral conversation. Didn't provide any feedback, no engagement from interviewer. Had to chase down recruiter to get a rejection.

Initial phone interview. Very thorough. Recruiter was knowledgeable about position and company. Great overview of position and benefits. Discussed in detail next steps of hiring process and provided a follow up email timely.
