I got one phone interview. Then, I was informed to go directly to the MTV headquarter for onsite interview in a week. The onsite interview consists of four 1:1 interviews. The topics include algorithms, infrastructures, system designs, and basic machine learning knowledges. Also, there are many open-ended questions (related to YouTube) that require the interviewee to think about creative ways to solve the problems. The interviewers are very friendly. If you are not clear about what they are asking, you can directly ask them. They usually can give you some hints. I think the interview process is itself inspiring. I learned a lot from the process.
