It is a three stage recruitment process for entry level hires: A) Aptitude Test B) Technical Interview & C) HR Interview. Each stage is an elimination round. You should be familiar with computer fundamentals such as OOPS, DBMS, CN, OS, etc, and be able to explain them to the interviewer.
