ptitude & Language Assessment I completed a short test evaluating my problem-solving ability, grammar, typing speed, and comprehension. This helped gauge how well I could handle real-time customer interactions.
Technical Round A scenario-based interview where I was asked how I would respond to various customer issues—billing errors, product complaints, and service delays. I demonstrated empathy, clarity, and resolution strategies.
Final HR Round This focused on cultural fit, career goals, and salary expectations. I also had the opportunity to ask questions about training, growth opportunities, and team dynamics
