Had 4 levels of interview with one in person and 1 with a VP HR. The initial screening was done by the hiring manager. The negotiation and offer was a win win and amicably closed. On the whole it was a quick and good experience.

I had 2 rounds of interview in Wipro US. It was smooth because I was an ex-employee. The 1st round was phone screen, I had to walk through all the HR work I did in previous division. Also, how I am keeping myself up to date during my career break.
