They held an information meeting in the evening. The next day we had one on one interviews. The interviewer asked mostly how we would go about building relationships in an assigned area and assigned vertical. They asked if we had any IT background but then went on to explain it was not necessary for the position. They made the offer two days later and expected our answer within a week. Only one interview. No flyback or anything like that. What I found out later is that this is the way interviews are done in Indian schools. You have two days of interviewing with multiple companies, they give you and offer and you are expected to accept the offer by the end of the two days. They had really not done any research on how things were done here.
