Entrevista
1. There is no proper communication between recruiter and security guards.
2. To escort candidates from one building to another guards and HR took 4 hours.
3. After waiting for 4 hours still recruiters were not sure when and how to take interview process.
4. 3 to 4 Recruiters just come take your resumes call out your name, goes away and never came back and didnt even conducted 1st round after waiting for 5 hours.
5. Recruiters doesnt even asks candidates for lunch and snacks.
6. Security guards are too rude as if they are ceo's of wipro.
7. I would suggest not to go interview process and never think about getting hired in wipro. Fill pity for wipro employees.
8. Recruiters tell lies alot, from the email JD mentioned till you get down for interview.
9. After waiting for 5 hours without any single round 5 out of 19 candidates left because of their hiring process and behaviour.

I interviewed with Wipro nearly two months ago, and the hiring experience has been nothing short of frustrating and poorly managed.
Since the beginning, the HR team has been repeatedly reaching out with the same vague updates — “we’ll move your application to the next step” — without any real progress. After weeks of delay, my HR round was conducted, and I was explicitly told that I would receive an offer within a week. That commitment has been repeatedly broken.
For over a month now, I’ve been getting weekly calls with new excuses — BGV not initiated, internal delays, or other unclear reasons — followed by promises that the offer will be released “by Monday” or “by Friday.” Several such deadlines have come and gone, and none of them have been honored.
At this point, this is no longer a delay — it reflects a complete lack of ownership, accountability, and respect for the candidate. If the organization does not intend to move forward, it should communicate that clearly instead of keeping candidates hanging with false assurances.
This kind of hiring process not only wastes time but also erodes trust completely. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my perception of how hiring is handled here.

Great experience 3 rounds technical 1 hr bgv verification then offer letter release to candidate. Work life balance is good in wipro 3days wfo,12 remote work in year also holidays leaves considered as wfo only best place to work
i have given in Nov 20-2024 fir round was technical i have cleared that second round was for manager discussion that is also technical and some problem solving question after clearing both round i have got mail "you have cleared both rounds will start your offer process soon but there is no replay yet and ever they are not responding on mail not picketing calls" really worst experience i heard this same from may of my friends in related to wipro
