There are mainly three rounds of interview, One is HR round, second is Versant or Accent round and the third is Ops round. In the first round, they just ask the basic questions about you and they can ask you to talk about something so that they can check your communication skill, fluency, grammar and so on. In the second round, it is done on Phone where in you will be asked to listen carefully on the phone and answer a sequence of questions. and lastly Ops round will be done , in that they can ask you any technical question or any other thing as well.

The interview process was of 6 rounds. First screening, where an HR will ask some basic questions to observe your communication skills. Then pen and paper round of english and technical test. Then IVR test, test over phone, where you have to call on a number and repeat what the robot is saying, it was somewhat a bit difficult to understand their accent... Then if you got selected you have to sit for face to face round. Which was easy for me. Then followed by typing test, if you got selected. Then pi with HR and they will provide the offer letter.
