Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Wipro (Pune) en sep 2010
Entrevista
There were three screening processes, the first consisted of a written test (Multiple Choice Questions) of Communications and Basics of Computer science. The second phase was of Technical Interview and the last and final phase being Personal (or HR) interview. The entire process was fun-filled and tension-free. The key to success during interviews was being yourselves. In my case, most of the technical interview was related to my Engineering Project, and the personal interview focused on my hobbies.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
