Afterward, you're invited to one or more interviews, often focusing on both behavioral and technical questions. The behavioral part assesses how you handle work-related situations, while the technical aspect depends on the role you're applying for. Following the interviews, Walmart conducts a background check. If everything is clear and you're a good fit, they extend a job offer. The entire process may take a few weeks, depending on the role.
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
