I went in store and completed the application and assessment on the computer. Two days later, I received a phone call from the hiring manager, I went in the next day for a formal interview, I took a drug test and started working shortly thereafter. It was a pretty smooth process.

Describe a situation in which you had to resolve a customer service issue and management was not available.
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The starting pay was too low and I declined. Big company but pays low wages to employees not worth it. A lot of turn over it seems
It was easy and interviewer was friendly. I answered all the questions and got the job offer. It’s all about customer satisfaction and customer experience. Customer is centre of attraction here.

Mainly asks about availability and not questions. In my experience it wasn’t hard to get in but I also was recommended so that may have helped me. And there’s nothing else to tell
