Applied through internal posting, got an interview call. They scheduled an interview with me. Interview was difficult and they are looking for mostly some person who is already associated with Walmart. And a certification would be an asset.
Plus make sure that you are dressed properly (which is an obvious thing). I am saying this because they were impressed with me, i guess one or two other candidates might have not turn up in formal.

I applied for the job on walmat’s wire system. As an employee, you are guaranteed an interview. A week or two after the job posting closed, you are called for your interview during one of your work days. Standard interview questions asked in the assistant manager’s office

Entrevista
Basic phone interview. Second interview was a group interview. The positions that the first store could offer me were below my experience so they forwarded my application to another store in the area. Met with assistant manager for an interview at the store. Then heard nothing. I called them back to see what happening with my application. Miscommunication between timid ASM and new assistant personnel manager. Very unorganized.
