I had two interviews that I thought went really well -- one with a recruiter, and one with the hiring manager. The recruiter set me up very well for the hiring manager interview. All communications went smoothly so I was very shocked when after two great interviews, I was completely ghosted. I followed up two or three times and heart nothing, only to get a generic rejection email months later. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.
