I was called in for an interview. I had an interview with a front end supervisor to see if I could perform the tasks at hand. once we were finished I had a member of management come in and ask why I applied for Wal-Mart. after that was finished I had an interview with the store manager and was asked questions also.
the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
