Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Walmart (Lilburn, GA) en may 2013
Entrevista
Online appplication. Called around a week later to set up an in-person interview.
Probably the WORST experience ever! I was only looking for part-time opportunity and applied for the seasonal position they were filling. The assistant managers said that temporary positions last 3 months. I was applying for work for the beginning of May to mid-August. (college student on summer break) I had OPEN availability and was only looking for a few hours. Not asking for much.
So tell me why Store Manager says, "You are applying for our summer seasonal position. We are looking for more permanent people." More permanent for a "summer" position? I explained yes, I will be able to work here for a bit longer and can work other seasons as well. I was shown the door within ten minutes.
Evil empire. Dodged a bullet honestly. But a severe waste of time.

The typical "Name a time when you gave good customer service."
Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
