I was out of town and they did their best to accomodate an interview by phone since I would not be able to return before the job opening closed - rather than just say that I had to come to store for interview - they conducted a professional phone interview. Unfortunately, they did not select me.

The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.

3 stage interview gradually movie up in seniority levels. Just be a natural changer you’ll do fine. God speed and good luck party people. Thirty words is a bit much for a basic job
