I applied online & 2 weeks went by before I heard anything back. An email was sent to me to schedule my interview & I chose the 2pm slot two days later. I was called around 2:04pm & my interview only lasted 7 minutes. The hiring manager introduced herself & asked a few questions (stated below). Then, she told me she was going to move forward with my application. She quickly explained the role, what is expected of me, pay, hours, orientation & the background check. That was pretty much the whole virtual meet & greet aka phone interview.

Basic interview questions, 'what is your experience already?' and 'why do you want to work here,' short interview that consists of the same questions that many retail shops ask those that are interviewing.
