You basically apply online on their career site and you have to finish up an asessment test, once that's done Wal-Mart will email you to schedule for a 15 minute phone interview. It was easy and simple, although all they did was just tell me for 3-5 minutes about the job description and if I'm okay with certain parts of the position.

It was during covid, they were hiring anyone that could pass a background check. The "interview" was basically questions like "what shift would you prefer to work" and "do you think you can handle the physical demands of the job"

Very short interview! It was only about 2 questions! I couldn’t believe it! The whole process was very fast! It just took a while for them to contact me for the interview.
