I showed up 15 minutes for my interview, but was unable to get a manager to talk to until 10 minutes after it was supposed to have started. When I finally got to talk to the manager, they seemed surprised and said, "Oh, we'll try to find someone to interview you." A while later, they took me back for the first interview, to a room with other people in it, not quiet at all, and completely informal. Then they asked me a few generic questions, and rated my answers. They sent me out again to wait for a second interview. Same process, different questions. She didn't even ask half of them. She often said, "Well this one is similar, so we'll skip it." Then for a third time. I waited longer this time, and they finally came out and said there was nobody to do a third interview so I was hired after the drug test, which I had to drive to another location to take. (Pee in a cup.) Walmart will hire pretty much anyone.

Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
