I spoke with the Hiring Manager at the local retail location of Walmart. I was asked to apply for the Retail Sales Associate role online. I applied for the role online. I was also asked to create a Glassdoor page. I had brief phone conversation.
The interview was straightforward received me well. i was then hired after around 3 days of waiting. I would say the hardest part was getting the application through enough times for it to work.
Interview process is pretty chill, especially if you are already a Walmart employee since they are a vendor company. If you have cashier experience elsewhere, it's a major plus. Apply either on official Walmart website or Job portals like LinkedIn or Indeed. Initial HR screening round plus on-site job related questions could be expected.

It was great. It was really, really great and cool. I could not have asked for a cooler interview. It was coolio. I loved the interview process. I love work, they asked cool questions. I worked there.
