There were a panel of 6 members for the technical round. The discussion went for about 45 minutes. They asked me about what I am doing in my current job and checked for my leadership qualities, technical skill set, provided me a scenario and asked me how I would handle that scenario. It was a very interesting discussion. I asked them about the environment I will be working in (if selected) and they were very accomodative of my questions.
