It was a phone call they reached out to me in order to get the interview, others were waiting as the interviews were one at a time, when it was my turn they read out of a folder, I made sure to ask questions just to make sure they weren't leaving anything out as it wasn't too strict. It was quick, simple, and straight to the point.
