I was asked what my worst customer experience was and how I handled it. If someone called in sick, and I had noone to cover the area, what would I do? They want you to delegate. Don't say you'd work the dept. yourself. Pull someone from another area.

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
