Entrevista
Very time taking process and confused process.
First round was a DS/algorithms round where the interviewer was forced to ask 6 questions beaches I answered all his questions quickly except one. The interviewer was not knowledgeable himself,as he was googling for questions and couldn't understand optimized answers easily wherein he would get confused in recursion itself. He also used to excpect same answers which he found on the net.
Second interviewer was a bit weird. He would change the question in middle of my answers .He seemed to confused big time as he couldn't articulate the questions properly.like what is the concurrency model in Java [he expected answer related to memory model]. He also alsed subset sum problem.I was deriving it through the dp table, but that guy wanted a mugged up answer straight away. Instead of asking questions on problem solving,he was asking about some concepts which are of Java 9. Interviewers quality here was of low level. Not like big product companies. they have filled ppl who only know few technology sepcific questions and even don't have full knowledge about it.
Then HR told feedback was positive and made me wait for 1 hour idle. The waste a lot of time of yours. And after some time recruiter came and informed that the Manager is still busy in meeting. So we'll have video conference rounds for you.
After two days when I called her,she informed me that they had some confusion over my profile and would not go ahead with it. Just wasted my time. The recruiter present there of from some other Consultacy like Careenet.Wasted a. Lot of time

Got a call from hr and it was decided for next day. Generally wallmart interview is really good, but this time interviewer only asked syntax which feels like service company. No logical, analytical, ds and algo questions. But it certainly depends on interviewer and their choice.
